Your Discharge Procedures
Upon receiving orders from your physician for discharge, you will be given a medication list with medications you will need to take at home. You will also receive a discharge instruction sheet regarding diet, activity, follow-up appointments, etc. Please be patient with the discharge process. The length of time can vary and may take several hours to complete.
